The Blue Paino featured below is an interesting depiction of aquatic life.
Comissioned very specifically by the client to include some of their favourite animal and plant forms, I chose to show the tropical interface between fresh water and the sea.
Floating, as it were, on the water is a fantastic island of orchids and tropical foliage. The frogs frolic happily in the fresh water environment which in turn spills over the keyboard cover, and into a tropical undersea scene, which includes many fish, and a sea turtle that races up off the white sandy bottom of the shallows.The legs of the piano in turn plunge down into the deep dark blue depths of the ocean.
